Dental appointment led to dinner & a movie & eventually #LoveInTheBOI. This is Krystle & Evan’s love story.

First they fell in love with one another, next they fell in love with Boise and finally they get to live their mutual dream and share the love they have for their community- one donut at a time

Originally from Michigan and Oregon- Krystle and Evan met in Washington DC. They left the big city behind and decided to take a chance on Boise, because it reminded Evan of Bend, OR where he grew up.
They quickly fell in love with the city of Boise, more specifically the people and sense of community that exists here. So this time they decided to take steps toward what had been stirring in their hearts- starting a business that served the community. They launched @missiondonut out of their garage in 2018 and that led them to their home- Boise’s original, made from scratch donut shop- @gurudonuts
